This is a 3 family rental in good shape. This house is ideal for an investor to own. All gas and electric utilities are separate. Two upper units are 2 bedroom and lower unit is 1 bedroom with an attached room that tenants used as a bedroom. Flooring is all hardwood or tile, no carpet. Some new windows have been installed and others are all vinyl replacement. New roof was put on a 1.5 years ago and has a 10 year warranty. Multiple other repairs have been done to get the units rental permit ready. Note: there is no off street parking.
