Desirable "Forest Park" location. Feel right at home when you walk into this lovely colonial offering a beautiful formal living room with bay window letting lots of light shine in. The spacious eat in kitchen with SS appliances features hardwood floors and granite counter tops. First floor laundry room is apart from half bath. The slider to large deck overlooks wooded back yard with plenty of room for swing set, etc. The best feature is the 24' family room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The half wall seperates the kitchen yet still has the "open" feeling to it. Spend game time in the finished LL complete with slate pool table that remains. New roof soon.
