You won't find another house like this in Louisville. The work has been done for you - truly move in ready. Since we bought this home 4 years ago we gutted the kitchen, added European style walnut lower with pull outs and ivory upper cabinets for a contemporary yet traditional feel. All bathrooms (3.5) have been updated. The yard has been completely revamped while leaving two large honey locust trees in the back for privacy and shade. Added a new water heater, AC, windows, and flooring. The home has a great flow and balanced feng shui elements. All bedroom windows have a view of the mountains, some also have city scape.

What I love about the home

Views to the north and south are wonderful, Pike's peak and Long's peak. The home is peaceful yet very conveniently located to everything.
