My Notes

This is a below market home because of lack of updating. The roof is in good condition. This is a well built stone and brick split level home tucked away on a mature private wooded lot on a quiet street in North Wilmington. Real 3/4" natural (unstained) oak hardwood floors throughout upper and main level, some will need modest sanding and finishing; they are very nice. 3 bedrooms with nice closet space and 2 full baths on upper level. Additional possible bedroom/in-law suite and 1/2 bath on lower level with entry to outside. 2 brick fireplaces, living room and family room. Possible at-home office on lower level. 2 car finished garage lots of electric outlets, florescent lights, workbench, and cabinets.... ideal workshop. 95' wide x 130' deep lot with backyard vegetable garden. Within 1/2 mile of Rockwood Park. Properties do not come available often in this neighborhood. This home is ideal for the family that wishes to renovate/customize their home. this home is perfect for a contractor and/or handyman, or an owner with some renovation experience. The kitchen and baths have not been updated, but are in very good condition. The windows are original and in good condition. the garage door opener will need to be replaced. This property is being sold "as is"... no repairs will be performed by the owners. If needed, Contractors can be suggested by the owner, but all contractors would be 100% buyers responsibility.
