What I love about the home

The home sits quietly back off Lakeview just a short walk to Starbucks, Zupans, and the Lake Oswego swim park. It is located at the most accessible point in Lake Oswego with I-5 and 217 only a few minutes away. The yard receives warm morning sun and in the afternoon is shaded by a spectacular pair of 100-year-old oak trees that keep the house cool in the summer. The school around the corner is a great place to take the dog for a run and has a kid friendly playground. The dark floors that run throughout accentuate the open concept. While vaulted ceilings with multiple skylights let plenty of natural light in and make for an open sightline through the main living areas. The home lives nice with a functional layout that creates warm living spaces.
