My Notes

HUGE 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Old Seminole Heights
This spacious home has many wonderful features. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the sun lights in the house are a beautiful additional feature. You will be amazed by the space in this home which also comes with a detached garage and has a wonderful little yard. The large wood paneled family room is surrounded by windows and sliding glass door. This home is renting for $1250.00 per month which will include yard service.
A valid ID will be required to schedule showings and applicants must submit to credit and background checks. A prior foreclosure or short sale may be ok; however, felony convictions, prior evictions and judgments for default may preclude you from being approved.
Applications are $35 per adult and are non-refundable. Dogs & cats (up to 2) may be approved with a non-refundable pet fee.
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for the second pet will be required for those tenants seeking to have pets in the house.
$25 per month courtesy discount to tenants who work in military, law enforcement, teachers, and medical professionals. Proof of employment may be verified.

What I love about the home

The large family room with the cozy fireplace that's surrounded by windows and sliding glass door. The large kitchen that the skylite illuminates the gorgeous Emerald Pearl Granite countertops. The flooring throughout the house, especially the master bedroom. The beautiful tile work in the main bathroom from ceiling to floor. The lovely french doors. The seperate car garage. The lush spacious backyard with endless possibilites and also access to back & front street. The advantage to be anywhere in the Tampa Bay area in 15 minutes, Downtown in 5 minutes, ST.PETE Beach or Dinsey in 45 minutes!!! I ALSO LOVE THE JAPANESE PLUM TREE.

Neighborhood: East Tampa

Zillow predicts East Tampa home values will increase 7.9% next year, compared to a 9.2% increase for Tampa as a whole. Among East Tampa homes, this home is valued 209.9% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 32.6% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In the East Tampa market, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold increased 6.9% in the last year. The number of unsold foreclosures is 51.5% higher than in Tampa, and 502.2% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent East Tampa home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Tampa.
