This property is conveniently located 15 min. drive from downtown San Diego and Coronado beach. This newly remodeled and furnished guest house offers California living at its best! Relax on the patio by the pool or enjoy the private garden. Parking is included as well as all furnishings and housewares.We are 5 min. drive from Terra Nova Shopping Center, where you will find a grocery store and a variety of restaurants to choose from.There is a queen bed with 1,000 thread count sheets in the Master bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom. All linens and towels are stocked along with a fully stocked kitchen. 52" flat screen tv in the living room. Sorry no children under 7. Must know how to swim and must be supervised at all times. No fence around the pool. You will find your stay here to be very comfortable and enjoyable! Welcome!  More Less
