This is a gorgeous country home on acreage in the countryside of Shiloh. Itâs a rarity and sits on a piece of paradise featuring beautiful views out back, a pool and spa, and a completely private setting. There is also a shed with power. The floorplan makes efficient use of the space with all of the bedrooms upstairs and the main living area on the first floor. There is also a finished walkout basement with a non-conforming 4th bedroom, a kitchenette, and a rec room with another fireplace. Adding to the efficiency is dual system zoned heating and cooling which allows you to control the temperature upstairs and downstairs individually.
