SCOTTSDALE VACATION RENTAL, CENTRALLY LOCATED, TASTEFULLY DECORATED WITH GRANITE, MARBLE, STAINLESS STEAL AND AN ENTERTAINMENT BACK YARD.
Beautifully decorated fully furnished VACATION RENTAL in the middle of the Scottsdale entertainment hub. This house is less than 10 minutes from the Phoenix Open and WestWorld, home of the Arabian Horse Show. It is centrally located to many of the Spring Training games. The Barrett Jackson car event is within minutes. There are several golf courses and wonderful dining and envied shopping all within a stone's throw. Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Quarters, Princess Resort, Paradise Valley Mall and Phoenix North (plus many others!) are all wonderful shopping, eating and entertainment centers waiting for you. CrackerJax, just 10 minutes away, is a great fun park for the family with go karts, bumper boating, batting cages and a 2 level driving range.
Three grocery stores and multiple pharmacies within 5 minutes. Quick access to all three major freeway systems to include the 101, the 51 and I 17. Just a 25 minute drive by freeway from the airport via freeway 51. Old Town Scottsdale is a pleasant 15 minute drive to the south.
This private house has 4 bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) with 4 bathrooms, 3 queen beds and one double bed. Formal living room, formal dining room, family room with wet bar, wine storage and a fireplace, eat in kitchen directly connected to the family room, powder room in the main living area with 3 other bathrooms in the private areas. The lower level master suite has a fireplace soaking tub and snail shower, separate power room and large walk in closet. Granit and marble counter tops are throughout the house with recently updated bathrooms and kitchen. Brand new carpet is through many of the common areas. This is a no smoking property.
There is comfortable seating for 8 + at the formal dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops. Ice maker, built-in microwave, double oven, reverse osmosis: all the tools and gadgets you need are there to be a happy cook. A large stand-alone freezer lets you stock up.
The private back yard provides an outdoor kitchen area with a built-in BBQ and sink, and a portable outdoor oven (keeps the house cool on those hot days!) and lots of ceramic tiled preparation and serving countertops. There's covered outdoor cooking and seating to shade you from the sun, but there are also open spaces for those sun lovers to soak. Everyone, regardless of a sun lover or not, can relax while looking at the beautiful 15,000 gallon pool and listening to the waterfall.
Take the spiral staircase to the upper level for the Pool table, indoor putting green and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Have your morning coffee on the upper lanai or just spend an afternoon soaking in the sun looking down on the pool.
Other amenities include cable TV, high speed Wifi internet, a corner lot for privacy and enough off street parking for 5 cars. Utilities and propane are included with minor exclusions for high utilization.
All bath, bedroom and kitchen linens are provided.
If you would like to have an initial supply of groceries or refreshments, we can provide that for you as well! You can take the hours that you would have spent grocery shopping and put them to good use. Just tell us what you need and we will make sure it's there for you upon your arrival (as long as we can find it). Of course, we ask that you pay for the items (receipt provided to you) plus a minor charge for services.
You will LOVE your vacation in this home and we are always willing to assist with any reservations, shopping or entertainment advice you may need.
Price is $400 per night with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Peak Season there is a minimum of two weeks at $450 per night with a minimum of 7 nights.
