Beautiful, historic century home with original kitchen cabinets and sink. Wonderful woodwork, pocket doors,double staircase and wood floors. New windows in 2004. Full bath with original claw foot tub with shower head. Two furnaces. First floor new Trane 90+ and new duct work in 2005 with new central air. New hotwater tank 2005.Second floor new in 2004. New roof 2003,chimney flashing sealed in 2006. Stud walls and ceiling fans are up in attic. Room to finish Bdrms or office in the attic.New 100 amp service in house and 60 amp in large barn with workshop. One car garage with opener is attached to barn. Multi-use Zoning for shop/store. The building was the original harness shop when the RR was put in Lodi. Salvaged much of the original Tin walls and hardwood. Perfect for small, home based business.  More Less
