Separate Living Room with gas log fireplace and deck access sliding door, large vaulted 2-Story family room with wall of stone wood-burning fireplace, family room has access to the deck and is also open to the second story loft area and large eat in kitchen (with oak custom cabinets and ceramic tile flooring), formal dining room, laundry room and powder room off of the entry foyer complete the first floor. The 2nd Floor has a large master's bedroom with walkout balcony and master bathroom, Two (2) additional Bedrooms and an added bonus room over the Two 1/2 Car Garage. Second full bath offers double Vanity, Jetted-Heated Jacuzzi Tub. Newer Furnace, HVAC, Roof and Hot Water Tank. Exterior has a large front lawn, Back yard is fenced and has a large deck. 

What I love about the home

This home was the model home for Stonewood Estates. The open floor plan makes the home feel larger than 2700 sqft. The home can be heated with baseboard electric heat or the gas furnace. I used gas as primary heat but if furnace ever needed repair the baseboard heat works wonderfully until the repairman can get to you. Gas budget below 100.00 dollars/mth (well insulated) and home has lots of natural light. Bright open and airy....Home is close to Cedar Point, Shopping, Restaurants route 4 and Interstate.....Great location in a great neighborhood and subdivision. Pear and apple trees in back yard.
