My Notes

Edit
Historic Peacock Lane is famous for it's annual Holiday exterior lights on the homes and some homes with holiday themes in the yards . Here is a link for more information and photos... our house is photo #28... http://www.peacocklane.net/This amazing home has 3 levels... On the main level is the living room equipped with a wood burning fireplace, 3 picture windows and newly refinished original hardwood floors throughout the entire level (except the kitchen and bathroom which are tile.) You also have 2 back bedrooms with a bathroom in betweeen. A great kitchen with black appliances (double door fridge), black & white checker-board floor and original black and white mosaic tile counter-top. A back door from the kitchen leads you to your driveway which takes you to your detached single car garage and fenced back yard. On the front side of the house between the living room and the kitchen is a charming Dining Room with 2 great windows and 2 built in original leaded/stained glass built-in china hutches and an original fixture hanging from an iron chain.Up the stairs (that's where the brand new berber carpet starts) you have 2 vaulted ceiling huge bedrooms. Several cool closets and opening doors that take you into the attic (great for misc. storage). Closet has a window, and 4th bedroom has a walk-in bonus room with a vault. Could be a great walk in closet, a play room, an art room, or a small officeCats OK.Sorry, no dogs and no smoking inside homeCall City Houses for more info or to set up a time to view this home @ 503-235-1781.  More Less

Market guide

Zillow predicts Sunnyside home values will rise 4.8% next year, compared to a 4% increase for Portland as a whole. Among Sunnyside homes, this home is valued 1.7% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 35.2% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Sunnyside, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 4.3% greater than in Portland, and 30.7% less than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Sunnyside home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Portland.
