My Notes

Need more room or land? Tired of northern winters? Ready to get out of downtown Pensacola and into the burbs? This home is a must see for anyone looking for a great big ranch style home on 9.99 acres with perfect neighbors! You'll feel like you're out in the country, but you're 6 min. from Walmart, and local shopping, and 20 min. from Pensacola!
Description: an open living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceiling, four bedrooms with large windows, 2 full baths inside, 1 half bath in two-car garage, gas cooktop, gas fireplace in the den and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room (currently not being used and covered by sheetrock wall but could easily be uncovered and used), good-sized indoor laundry room with cabinets and shelves, very nice large master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom separated by pretty glass block wall, huge u-shaped kitchen with window at the sink that faces out over the back yard, tons of cabinets and storage, walk-in pantry, eat-in breakfast nook, separate dining area, den, screened back patio room, plantation blinds for most windows, ceiling fans in most rooms except bathroom and laundry, high speed internet, cable tv, ample electrical outlets all over the house, two separate heat/AC units - one gas and one electric, huge front yard, house set back from road, fenced-in backyard, a working well, quiet neighborhood, wonderful neighbors, close to town yet feel like you're in the country, halfway between Milton and Pace, close to Pensacola and I-10, about 4.5 acres cleared and the rest wooded, privacy, enough trees for shade, enough sun for a garden, greenhouse, workshop area in garage, separate storage building, circular drive lined with azaleas, side door into garage in addition to garage door, working well with new pump, lovely vegetation and flowers, very sturdily built, nice front porch and sidewalk from driveway to front door, but very suitable, safe, nice place to live with the best schools in Florida in our county. In less than an hour you are on the most magnificent beaches in Florida!
BONUS BUILDING: a separate building currently used as storage, ready to be finished out inside as an office, additional living quarters, rec room, etc. that has covered parking on each side, one side tall enough for RV parking
We love this home, the property, and its features. We are only selling because we need to downsize. Our "loss" is your gain. It is an awesome place for children to grow up. There is plenty of room for them to play and have adventures without you worrying about them getting into traffic. You won't find anything else like this with so much land and so much to offer in our county.

What I love about the home

Huge kitchen, beautiful property with large shady oak trees, great neighbors, privacy, country feel, close to town, spacious bedrooms, additional storage building that can be converted into an apt. or rec room, greenhouse! This house has it all!
