This cute home is located squarely in the middle of old Mountain View (right off Castro Street). Great restaurants, the Performing Arts center, two city parks a stones through away - all provides a SF-urban lifestyle in the heart of the South Bay. For about the same price as the two bedroom apartments down the street - you get a home. This house is "very walkable": http://www.walkscore.com/score/520-Franklin-street-94087 Features * Beautiful hardwood floors. * Crown Molding throughout. * Large living room with panoramic windows. * Large master bedroom. * Newly restored "Restoration Hardware" style bathroom. *106" retractable projection TV with HDTV projector and blackout shades. * Modern 6 person hot tub. * Front porch with Teak chairs for people watching. * The cute breakfast nook with craftsman style built-ins and retro kitchen complete with fully restored O'Keefe and Merritt stove and Mint green classic GE refrigerator will start your day out right. * Half-basement provides ample storage. * 8 minute walk to Mt. View Caltrain We lived in this home for quite a while and are looking for tenants that will take advantage of the location like we did. The property has a tenant but has the ability to leave as soon as the house is rented (i.e. availability is immediate)
