Many custom decorative features include: plantation shutters, wide plank hardwood floors, designer cabinets and finishes and crown moldings. This home has an elevator to all levels, laundry facilities on each of the 3 floors, 3 A/C systems with ultra-violet filters, central vacuum, fire sprinkler system, hi-tech wiring and cabling.
