Charming Bungalow renovated in 2000 and 2011. Home has hardwood floors, 4 bedrooms and bonus room. Bonus room could be 5th bedroom if necessary. Master suite is upstairs and other bedrooms are split plan downstairs. Kitchen features all new appliances, new floor and granite counter tops. When home was renovated in 2000 all wiring was replaced as was the plumbing. The two car garage, family room and master suite were also added at this time. The oversized lot features lush landscape providing privacy and visual enjoyment. The patio area has a Buzz Off mosquito system so dining al fresco is a pleasure. The covered outdoor kitchen is perfect for entertaining. New 16 seer air conditioning and roof replaced in 2000. Quiet street within walking distance to Ballast Point Pier & Park.
