Waterfront property that has been completely remodeled inside and out. Everything is new inside, with refinishing hardwood floors throughout. All appliances and HVAC are above flood level. Garage and workrooms are on lower level with new vents for flood protection. (old photos in this listing)

What I love about the home

Views of the water from the kitchen; close to fast water yet on a quiet slough where you can relax. Brand new bulkhead, docks and huge patio overlooking the water with shade awning and planters. Between 2009 and 2013 improvements: waterfront (as described) fencing, new roof, new stucco, leveled building, new stairway and deck, new walkway to levee and gangway, new landscaping, remodeled bathrooms (from studs out), remodeled kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, new texture on all drywall and new paint, new laundry room, all new doors (exterior and interior), new floors in workroom, new workroom with with new window, new concrete sidewalks and patio on lower level of building, new flood vents, new water heater.
