Under $400,000 for almost a half an acre in the gated community of Stono Ferry! Compare this to less than .2 of an acre in surrounding neighborhoods. Welcome home to this beautiful Low Country home nestled in the gated community of Stono Ferry. This home sits on a lovely lot with Live Oaks and with horse pastures behind... the backyard gives you and your family plenty of room to spread out. It's not in a flood zone. Large bedrooms make it very liveable. The plantation feel of this large home site is completed by the large wrap around porch. The exterior of the home has Hardie plank and has been painted and roofed and is like brand new. Inside this home, you will really appreciate the wonderful layout. The spacious living room and dining room both have views of the backyard through large double windows. Newly remodeled with a recent top to bottom make over. the kitchen with all new appliances is wide open to the family room which is great for entertaining or for family time. The entire back of the kitchen to family room has a great view of the equestrian center and brings the outside in. The shaded screen porch is a great spot for relaxing or for family meals in the evening. The master bedroom suite has a newly redone separate shower and whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The other bedrooms are quite large with spacious closets. Compare the lot size and location to comparably priced properties in the Charleston area this is the best one for the money! What I love about the home

A new roof, new LED lighting and plumbing fixtures and a frameless shower with new tile. The irrigation well provides plenty of water for the landscaping with very low cost. Only 20 minutes from the airport and 18 miles to downtown.
