Neighborhood Description
Close to Balboa and Genesee, as well as UTC Mall. You can get to Mission Valley, Pacific Beach, La Jolla and Downtown in 10 minutes driving. The neighborhood includes a Target, Home Depot, Sprouts, Albertsons, Walgreens, Starbucks, Marshalls, 5 Guys, Chipotle, Panera Bread, taco shops - literally everything you could think of or need is VERY close walking distance.

What I love about the home

This unit is VERY clean- It's beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and huge bonus with a stacked washer and dryer in unit! This location couldn't be better, it is very centrally located- it takes 10-15 minutes to get literally everywhere in San Diego. The shopping center is walking distance where you could be at target from door to door within 5 minutes. The complex comes with tons of great amenities such as 3 pools, 1 heated all year, a gym, a clubhouse and BBQs scattered throughout the complex in a beautifully maintained landscape. Current furniture in condo is also for sale by the current tenant. Most everything is only a year old.
