Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of Capitol Hill. Shopping, restaurants, public transportation and night-life all within very short walking distance. This is a top-floor unit with high ceilings, stainless steel gas appliances, in-unit washer/dryer and has hardwood/tile throughout. This is a non-smoking unit. All pets are welcome. Monthly rent is 1450 with an additional 150 for parking. There is a non-refundable move-in deposit of 250, in addition to the 1500 refundable rent deposit. Tenant will pay first+last month's rent and deposit on or before move-in day. Water/sewer/garbage/gas costs are all paid by landlord and are included in the cost of the rent - tenant is only responsible for electricity and any optional cable TV / Internet fees.
