This gigantic one bedroom duplex is an absolutely beautiful apartment with an even more beautiful private garden!Located on the Upper East Side on a very quiet, residential, tree-lined block in a very well maintained elevator building with a live-in super.The neighborhood is fantastic and full of wonderful places to eat, fun bars, convenient shopping and close to one of the nicest parks parks in the city.Less than a 10 minute walk to the subway...this apartment will not last long so contact me today to schedule a time to see!
