Location is in the Detroit Shoreway neighborhood and borders Ohio City. The neighbor to the east is the Bruno Casiano art gallery. The lot is only a few thousand feet from the shoreway (Route 2). The shoreway will soon become a park like boulevard allowing easy access from this neighborhood to the lakefront. Eventually West 54th Street will be one of just a few access points (intersections) to the the new boulevard. Condos and townhomes are already constructed on Herman and Tillman, just a few hundred feet north, and more are on the way.
