Great location in the Berkley/North Highlands/Old Town Arvada/Regis area. Close to parks, shops and restaurants. This is the area to live and is a perfect place for a family, starter family, professional, group of professionals, and/or person that loves downtown Denver, but does not want to live there!
RTD stop is 5 a minute walk. I-70 and I-25 are only a few minutes away.
