This beautiful home was gutted down to the studs less than two years ago and completely remodeled. Electrical, plumbing, central air, heat, subfloor, insulation, drywall, doors and windows - everything was replaced. Fireplace was rebuilt, and original brass sconces were hidden in wall and have been restored and rewired. Birch flooring and ceramic tile throughout, bathrooms completely remodeled, one with Solatube adjustable skylight. And of course, the kitchen was completely redone and all appliances, including washer/dryer, stay. Bathrooms and kitchens have custom-made, period tile. Drought tolerant landscaping, beautiful brick patio with pergola and outdoor fireplace. Master bedroom double doors lead to brick patio, pergola and one of two fountains. Custom cabinetry and shelves throughout home. Leaded glass windows created by local artist, Tom Medlicott. Garage has been upgraded, and new doors installed. Tankless water heater and alarm system.
