My Notes

Tiled floor from entry to all rooms. A bar that seats 6, 47 foot counter space from bar to kitchen, 5 burner stove top, double ovens and tons of cupboard space.
Living room / Family room is 480 sq. ft., 12 foot vaulted ceilings with 2 giant picture windows book casing the the floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, and overlooking the tropical back yard and pool / deck area. Plus two other windows at each end for maximum lighting.

The back yard is a 40 year work in progress, a have to see to believe. Over 2 dozen beautiful blooming trees, hundreds of succulents both local and tropical, trails, and landscaped walkways, with 7 sitting areas all with breath taking Tecolote Canyon Vistas (180 degree views).
This is a Gardeners Paradise or just that little piece of paradise ever so close to the city, but far enough to make you feel like your in the country.
