What I love about the home

High technology updates: Apple controlled home system with an apple mini as the brains. We've had zero maintenance to server in 2 years. Your I-tunes everywhere. If you can work and I-Phone you can operate the system. System includes your I-tunes audio music or books into sound zones inside the house, on the wrap around upper deck, in the master bath while your shower or by the pool (lights, HVAC controls can be added). Two boxes (cable or satellite) + Apple TV and one DVD player run 10 TVs throughout (satellite and cable), wireless computer systems, built in partners' desk in the office.
