Neighborhood Description
Older, solid neighborhood, houses and lawns are well maintained by long time owners. This is a small neighborhood well maintained overlooking Big Lake Barton. Owner's wife passed and no longer need such a large 2988
sq ft home. Available to see anytime, call 321-331-1803 anytime.

What I love about the home

Close to downtown & all shopping areas, good place to rear a family, very few homes go up for sale this area. Most homes this area people have lived here for past 25 years at least, almost dead end street. I lived here over 42 yrs. I bought 1970, have never sold, though Zillow claims it sold in 2003,it was the neighbors that sold.
