Formerly a single family with 2 family conversion in mid 1980s. Unit 1 is 3 bedroom with exposed beams in living room . Sprial stair case to second floor built locally. Unit 2 has wonderful period wood work galley kitchen as well as a sunroom built in 1980s. Home will be sold with washers and dryers for both units

What I love about the home

Few two family homes are located in Manchester by the sea and few become available in this quaint community. This home has been lovingly maintained by the same family for 50+ years. Originally a single family it was converted in mid 1980s to a 2 family. Its location to downtown and beaches make it a great opportunity for a couple or family looking to locate and enjoy the benifits a wonderful school system and community.
