My Notes

I am relocating to California and my roommate has found a new place, so I am looking to rent out a 2 bed/2 bath condo. It's located on the Tempe/Mesa border, in between Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace. Easy access to the 101 and 202 freeways, and a short walk to a local bus/Orbit stop. It's a short drive to a light rail park and ride, and within a 10-minute drive to the ASU main campus. - Master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom. Cabinets for storage and sliding glass door out to balcony. - 2nd bedroom has wall-to-wall sliding closet on one wall. 2nd bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.- In unit washer and dryer- Full kitchen (electric stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher)- Nice sized dining area and living room- 2 parking spots (covered and uncovered)The condo will be partially furnished (master bedroom, dining area, and living room), but we can arrange to have the items out before it's rented out. It's a really nice place, family owned. I've lived here for almost 6 years and would continue living here if I wasn't moving. It's pretty quiet - a mix of families, ASU students and grads. It's on the 2nd level, next to the stairwell and there is an elevator in the building. First and last month's rent would be due on move-in ($2,000 total), and the landlord will ask for an application to be filled out with references.
