The boundaries of Washington Township are 96th Street to the North, 38th Street to the South, Graham Road to the East and Lincoln to the West. Along with the excellent fun and shopping available in areas like Broad Ripple and Keystone at the Crossing, Washington Township offers incredible outdoor fun via the Indy Parks system. Parks include Sahm Park, Marott Park Woods Nature Preserve, Broad Ripple Park and Holliday Park. The Monon Trail runs from 38th St north to 96th Street. What I love about the home

amazing upstairs Master suite with jetted tub, 2 huge walk in closets upstairs or ready to go nursery, upstairs reading loft, hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, new appliances, huge double lot, NO leaf raking trees but tons of pine trees, walk to monon, restaurants, farmers market. Gourmet fresh market, bike to downtown Broad Ripple, 10 minutes from down town Indy.
