What I love about the home

This home has a very functional layout and tons of storage and organizational space build in. The location is terrific and close to recreation and shopping. Excellent schools nearby and numerous parks and playgrounds. Many smart and efficient upgrades lower monthly/annual costs and maintenance. The in-ground heated pool is an amazing space to enjoy friend and family time without the hassle of public swimming pools, parking and crowds. Watching the weather come in over the Front Range is a real treat and we are amazed at the gorgeous sunset views every evening.
