Presently under renovation the bathroom is complete and the kitchen has new appliances and Ubatuba granite top. The inside has been painted and the 15x30 pool is ready for swimming. Listing is by owner until renovations are complete but if you want to get a great price and complete work owner is willing to negotiate down from $219,000.
