Elevated and protected in the harbor, this property has escaped damage from all storms and hurricanes, including Irene and Sandy, going back 30 years. As you step through the front door, you are met with a sweeping water view that includes boats at anchor. With a large deck and window walls on 3 levels, you will regularly enjoy a variety of water views and spectacular sunsets over the Thimble Islands. Close to the Sachem's Head Yacht Club, this property is surprisingly private and quiet. The Sachem's Head Association Park, beach, tennis, paddle tennis, and boat ramp are all nearby. The main level has an open floor plan and a beautifully updated kitchen. The lower walk-out level offers a full bath and full bar and could be used for entertaining, as an office, play space, or to sleep guests. The 2-room fourth level is ideal for a studio, but could also be used in multiple ways.
