My Notes

Edit
Winter Rental! Extraordinary views of Sandy Bay from this 2 bedroom 'half a house' in Rockport's quiet and lovely 'Avenues' area of Pigeon Cove have been known to stimulate the poetic side of its inhabitants. Sit in the dining/living area and watch the glittering sea from the wall of windows or outside on the deck. Or in the evenings enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace. There are two queen bedrooms on the second floor both with fabulous views. Amble through the idyllic surrounding neighborhood, wonderful for walking or biking and taking in the sights. Climb the rocky coastal path, or just sit quietly in your cottage by the sea. Great fishing from the rocks in front of the house. Town and swimming beaches are about 1 mile, and the working harbor of Pigeon Cove is a short and lovely walk. There is no TV at the property, but there is internet access. The far half of the property is reserved for the owner's quiet, part time use. Available as a winter rental for $1350 a month plus electricity (light and heat) and trash removal. The landlord covers water, sewer and hot water.  More Less
