This Coolidge Corner condominium is fantastic. The layout does not waste an inch. There is a granite and stainless kitchen and dining area with its custom back door leading outside. Bringing in groceries or anything else is very easy! There are many modern energy efficient windows to bring in the light, with custom blinds attached. Living here is easy! You can do your laundry in the basement, or if you like install your own washer and dryer in the unit, the hook up is already in place. The recently renovated bathroom is in perfect condition. This condo also has a separately deeded garage parking space, just steps from the back door! There is also a large deeded storage room in the basement and free bicycle storage. The condo association here is self managed by a great group of people who do renovations and updates each year. The roof was replaced in 2011. The building is kept neat and clean by an excellent cleaning company on a weekly basis.
This location is divine. The B and C line trolleys are just a few moments walk away. There are many outstanding restaurants just steps away in every direction, but this location is very quiet, and set back from the hustle and bustle of Coolidge Corner. There are three excellent parks within a couple of blocks of this condo.
Taxes on this condominium are $897.11 with a residential exemption on the condo and $591.43 on the garage. The condo fee is $356.32 and includes heat and hot water, master insurance, landscaping, trash removal,snow removal, and the care of the common area.
