Beautiful Condo Conversion in Historic Palm Grove, Half a Block from the MIMO Historic District, All Renovated in 2006, Updated Plumbing, Electric Central AC, Marble Floors & Baths, Renovated Open Kitchen w/ Stainless Appliances. Roof, exterior, and plumbing renovations in 2015. Parking Space, gated. Pets ok up to 50 LBS. Laundry Room on Premises.

What I love about the home

Second floor corner unit with extra window. All windows private, cannot be seen from outer walkway. Interior renovated in modern style, with black labtop shelving, desk, and mid-room wraparound - sliding sea blue door hides kitchen and provides a separate living area. Small dining nook added under kitchen window. Bus stops within five minute walk that allow fast travel to midtown and downtown, and easy travel to beach and Aventura. Very Walkable area, with bodegas, caf├ęs, wonderful art and furniture design shops, as well as walking distance to several of the best rated restaurants in Miami, such as Blue Collar and Michy's, and the dining and entertainment Center at 54th Street. Walking distance to the prestigious Cushman School. Safe area, beautiful walk to little known Bay Park. In MiMo district with lovely architecture, and a short bus ride to Haitian shops, culture, and restaurants. Reasonable pricing for various services and dining. Neighbors are quiet and polite, the building is secured by iron gate and fencing with access only to residents. Nice common area courtyard with seating, interesting fruit trees surround the perimeter of the building, and laundry on site. Secure parking is wonderful. Pets are allowed, though there are only sixteen units, so only one dog and one cat at this time in building - very nice to be able to have a large Black Lab with no interference.
