Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with forest views. Located just off Pacific Street, this home is convenient to downtown Monterey, the Del Monte Shopping Center, and has easy access to Route 1. It has approximately 1,260 square feet of living area on two levels. Most of the home features beautiful Pergo-style laminate or tile flooring. The living room features lots of natural light through the many dual pane windows. It also has open beam ceilings and a wood burning fireplace and views of many trees! Ample dining area off living room also has views. The kitchen has been remodeled and features tile flooring, granite counters, handsome cabinetry, a refrigerator, a self-cleaning gas range/oven, a dishwasher, and a disposal. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the tub and newer tile, located just off the two bedrooms. The downstairs area is accessed by a wide spiral staircase or through the separate entrance in front. It has a large room that could be a family room or den, or could even be used as an additional bedroom suite since there is a bathroom with a shower stall downstairs. The laundry room, which features hookups for a washer and an electric dryer, is also located downstairs. The home has central heating on both levels and dual pane vinyl windows. There is a one-car carport and an additional parking space in the driveway. At the rear of the home is a storage shed, along with a deck and brick patio. Rent includes basic gardening and sewer. No smoke/pet. Available immediately.
