This home has been well maintained and was built for the present owner. The home has large rooms and is located 1 miles from I-75. The main road in front of the home, Union Road, is 8 miles from the center of Tifton, GA. This makes you close to town yet gives you the country side of living. The home was built in 1958; in 1987 the home was taken down to the sub floors and was built to the 2850 square feet that is the present home. In 2001 the complete outside of the home was removed and 5/8 treated plywood and all new wood windows were added before putting the existing white vinyl siding that is on the home now and remodeled the kitchen to what is now a wonderful 434 sq ft kitchen area.
