This area would be best for those with their own vehicle, but the bus is convenient. There is on street parking available, I have never had much trouble finding parking within 1-2 blocks, but usually right in front of the place. The building and interior is definitely a step above the rest for this price. Built in 2005, it comes with all the modern amenities you would expect.The building has hardwood floors throughout, large modern kitchen with granite, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space. The first floor also has a very large living, dining area, and a half bath. Upstairs are the 3 rooms, each with their own bath and a shared washer dryer unit. Your Roommates: I am Nick, a resident physician in my early 30's who have long hours and are home usually later during the day. I like video games, movies, cooking, Game of Thrones and an occasional beer. Juliana works for a consulting firm, she is in her early 30's and also enjoys a good beer once in awhile. She is clean and considerate.About youI The ideal person would be a working professional who is clean, quiet, considerate, and would be pleasant to interact with. Of note, is not a party house, but the occasional larger get together would be cool as long as things are planned in advanced with the other roommates.Sorry no pets (fish probably ok, mammals/birds nope, maybe a salamander or something idk), no smoking, yes fun personalities.…
