Built in the classic craftsman style, nice clean lines throughout the house. Heavy millwork from baseboards to window trim. Hardwood floors throughout the main level. Stainless steel appliance package. Slab granite counter in the kitchen. Large master bedroom with bistro deck overlooking the front. Living and dining rooms classic craftsman styling and beautifully finish workmanship. Lower level has very large rec.room and its own full bath. The garage entry is on the same level as the rec.room.
Neighborhood Description
Just north of the University of Washington and University Village shopping center. True Seattle vintage neigborhood with homes that were built in early 1900 to yesterday.

What I love about the home

Gleaming hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, Open and Bright everywhere, Clean and Inviting, quality of the workmenship throughout, Large 2 car garage, built in vacuum system, very large recreation room in the lower level with full bath.
