Open floor plan in great neighborhood with several new homes on acre lots. Updates done from 2004-2006 to include tile, wood laminate, new lighting fixtures, double hung insulated windows, new appliances, sink, faucet, and cabinet hardware in kitchen. Roof reshingled with 30 year architectural style shingles. Custom Glass front door, and updated french doors open to concrete slab patio that covers the entire length of the home. Central AC unit upgraded inside and outside, has heat pump. Back yard is completely fenced and has a 24 x 24 detached garage/workshop.
Neighborhood Description
This is a great neighborhood with older homes as well as new homes. The South End of Holly Street, closest to schools and Cyanamid Road have homes from 1100 sq ft to 1500 sq ft older brick homes on 1/4 acre lots to 1/3 acre lots, many of which have been updated. As you move to the North end of Holley Street there is some undeveloped land and new construction. The homesites start to get more spaced out and as you round the corner to Cardiman and they expand to 1+ acre lots. The neigborhood is located between Avalon Blvd and Mulat Rd only 3 miles from interstate 10, high and dry but only 2-3 miles from public boat launches. Do traffic woes keep you home? Take the back roads through Pea Ridge and you can shop at Lowes, Wal-mart, Home depot, Target, Publix, Pet Smart and TJ Max. Have Dinner and see a movie......all less than a 10 minute drive from this home.
 

What I love about the home

Large Kitchen and Family Room. Oversized Laundry room that has it's own entry to double as a mud room. Lots of Cabinet and Pantry space. Great Neighborhood very close to Elementary and Middle school, as well as interstate and new shopping centers in pea ridge and pace.
