It's also just two blocks from 24th St BART (which links to Caltrain) and a half block from the 14, 49 Muni lines.

Best of all, the apartment has its own private balcony (accessible from both the living room and bedroom patio doors) AND leads out onto a full city block of bench-lined courtyard - your own private, first-floor park, complete with communal grill.
All bills included, except electricity (which generally costs between $22 and $28 per month) and cable.
Apartment will be re-painted and professionally cleaned before new tenants move in.
