It converted into Condos in 1988 and is nowadays known as Cathedral Condos. The building was not easily transformed since two feet thick walls in certain places forced the architects to create odd shaped rooms and layouts. If you are a fan of cookie cut apartments, this apartment is not for you.
To the delight of the passersby, the architects saved all the wonderful gargoyles among other details, which give the building its old world charm.
