We are looking for a responsible tenant to rent our 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Upgraded Condo near SDSU. <br>
2nd floor unit has high ceilings, upgraded kitchen and bathroom, modern appliances, Air Conditioner, Washer/Dryer In Unit, and a 1 car detached garage. Condo is located in a secured, gated complex in a quiet Cul-De-Sec.
*Availability: Oct. 1, 2013
*Security Deposit: Equal to One Month Rent.
*Utilities: Rent covers water, sewage, and trash. Tenant is responsible for electricity, cable and internet.
*One small, under 25lbs, domesticated dog or cat allowed (additional terms apply depending on type of pet).
*Application Fee : $50, includes credit and background check. Must have 700 credit score or above and NO criminal history. No Exceptions!
*Seeking minimum one-year lease at $1,050 per Month.
Our last tenant has taken very good care of this condo. You would be renting directly from the owner so we are extremely responsive to any problems that may arise with the condo.
