A great location in a great community! Perched on a hill in the fabulous town of Bow Mar, this home enjoys lovely westerly views. Only a small portion of the original home was saved in the building of this incredible home in 2006. Perfect for a large or extended family, it enjoys five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a study, an oversized three-car garage and over 4200 square feet of finished space. Purchased in 2005 for $1,100,000, the previous owners poured over a million dollars into the construction of the new home! One of its most desirable qualities is its location, only a two minute walk to the community lake and beach facilities! As you head up the driveway, a beautiful Colorado, stacked flagstone wall was built as an attractive feature to the front walkway. The driveways are colored, stamped concrete and an invisible electric fence contains your dog. There are photovoltaic cells to save you energy, comfortable radiant floor heating on both levels, a separate air conditioning system, a security system with three security cameras, cat-5 wiring, built-in speakers, and much more. What I love about the home

A study is located just off the front door with a connecting bedroom that can be used for additional office space. Presently being used as a toy room for the nursery, this flex space could be used as a private living room for a nanny, in-law or even visiting guests. The lower level has a spacious family room finished with gorgeous maple floors. The room is pre-wired with built-in speakers--a perfect setup for your home theatre! A complete kitchen opens this area to be used as in-law living quarters, an elaborate guest area, or the perfect space for kids to hang out and watch movies or play games! The oversized three-car garage is heated and air-conditioned. It has nine foot tall doors with automatic openers and big windows providing lots of natural light.
