Terrific large studio in a condo building well appreciated by students, but also active and executives.With all the amenities you could imagine. Quite and luminous studio, with a private patio and a parking spot, at walking distance to Cal State Long Beach.Fridge, microwave and stove. Hardwood floor and mirrors give a very charming feeling to this studio located at the ground floor of Park Ocean, a well managed condo with plenty of amenities (heated swimming-pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness-club, tennis court, basket-ball and ping-pong).
