Enjoy sweeping views of Lake Union and the Cascades from every room. A well appointed kitchen with ample cabinets, full appliance package, a convenient built-in desk, and abundant counter space! Master bedroom has a 5-piece bath and a large walk in closet. Take your guests onto the large sunny deck and enjoy the July 4th fireworks show! 2 assigned parking spots! 10 min bus ride to downtown, but close enough to walk home on a sunny day!
Neighborhood Description
Access to a Metro Transit bus is within one block and the trip to downtown Seattle takes about 10 minutes! This is IDEAL if you work downtown, in Fremont, or in the south Lake Union area. When I last worked downtown I was able to jog or walk home for exercise. The walk down the hill to Lake Union takes about five minutes. From there you can walk or run around the lake to the new south Lake Union park. 
What I love about the home
The Fourth of July Fireworks barge anchors in Lake Union directly in front of the building! VERY EASY to get to downtown Seattle, Fremont, or South Lake Union on the bus. Five bus routes stop near the building: 5, 16, 26, 28, and 358. Also, the new Rapid Ride Line E which will be replacing bus 358 will be stopping near as well. The unit has two covered, secured parking spaces so it's convenient and easy to get to work on the bus and leave your car in the garage. It only takes about ten minutes to get downtown on the bus.
