The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen opens up with a half wall to the living room. Living room has a fireplace and a TV wall mount (can be removed if not wanted). There is plenty of firewood along the side of the house as well. The bedrooms are a little bit smaller but they each have a bigger closet. There is a hallway closet as well. Bathroom is also newly remodeled with a shower/tub and small vanity.
There is small fenced side yard and the house connects to the alley in the back. The unit is approximately 1,100 sq ft. There is a large basement which can be used as a shop or for storage.

The house has a mother in-law unit in the back which is occupied by another tenant. There is also a shared laundry with a new large washing machine in the basement.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood called Belvedere Terrace which boarders Windermere. The Burke Gillman trail is just 2-3 blocks away and Magnuson Park is very close as well.I will be showing the house on Saturday January 31, 2015.
