My Notes

This 2nd floor flat is freshly remodeled 1762 sq. ft unit with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Plenty of storage space! You'll be the first to enjoy these improvements! Living room, dining room, bedrooms and hallways all have hardwood floors. A lovely kitchen comes complete with a new stove, dishwasher and refrigerator! Everything in the kitchen is new. There's also a new central heating system with Nest thermostat - controllable on your phone!The flat is on the border of the Inner/Outer Richmond and is an extremely convenient location to public transportation and Golden Gate Park. Closest MUNI lines are the 28, 31, and 38, with the first two a mere short block and a half away. 31AX is just around the corner. There's also an Apple, Facebook and Google shuttle bus stop a mere 0.3 miles away on Geary and Park Presidio. Also just minutes away by foot are wonderful eateries such as Lou's Deli, Kabuto Restaurant, Shabu House, Joe's Ice Cream, Creations Dessert House and Hong Kong Lounge (just to name a few) on Geary Blvd. Ross, Walgreens, Starbucks, and a number of banks are all located on Geary for your convenience. It's in a fabulous location as you're so close, yet a good block and a half away so it's still quiet. Awesome neighborhood - easily go for a park stroll without having to drive!Please email to view!
