Live on the beautiful Monterey Bay in a house you can afford!!
People from all over the world come to the Monterey Bay Area to vacation because of its beauty and the wonderful weather. The area is home to Pebble Beach, Carmel, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Rio Del Mar and a median house price of $750,000.
Watsonville is located in the middle of Monterey Bay. It's a beautiful farming community with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables year round. Watsonville also has a SENIOR housing area. This means there is a covenant which prices the houses in the senior area at least $100,000 to $150,000 LOWER than comparable houses in the same area.
The price of this house, combined with the beautiful location makes this house the IDEAL home for someone who wants to beat the freezing winters and the scorching summers. Affordable joy in paradise is what you will find in this house, in this neighborhood and in this town.
The home has large and spacious rooms that open one into the other. When you open the front door, you can see the living room, the dining room, the hall, the small bedroom and all the way to the sunroom and the backyard.
Parquet floors flow seamlessly throughout all rooms except the bathrooms and sunroom.
Master bedroom has bathroom with easy access shower for elderly or disabled.
Small bedroom has sunroom. Sunroom faces the landscaped backyard.
The garage has builtin cabinets and a new garage door.

There is a huge pantry in the kitchen with pullout drawers. There is a garbage and recycling pullout. Many of the doors have pull out drawers.

The Dining Room is large and has sliding glass doors leading to the patio.
The patio leads to the backyard barbeque area. There is a seating area with a fire pit.
The main bathroom has been completely redone with a gorgeous bathtub shower. The sides of the shower go all the way to the ceiling. There are clear glass shower doors trimmed in gold. The wall have been done with Venetian plaster.
The smaller bathroom has also been redone with Venitian Plaster and new lighting fixtures and mirror.
 

What I love about the home

The view from the front yard. The privacy of the backyard. The patio on a starry night. The sunroom anytime. Sitting in the bay window reading a book with a fire in the fireplace. Being able to see all the way to the backyard from the front door!!
